Fantastic Frontcrawl

For advanced front crawl swimmers.


Course Description

This is definitely one for stronger and more acclimatised front crawl swimmers. Theme of the class tends to vary from week to week, but generally we swim out from shore to warm up, before returning back doing a mixture of drills, interval training, sprints, etc. Mostly skins, but wetsuits welcome. Expect to be in the water for around 30 minutes, and to be a bit shivery afterwards.
