Booked sessions, courses and vouchers are nonrefundable.

Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.

If a session has to be cancelled by me or because of poor weather conditions, the booked session will be rescheduled.

Coupons: 

Please remember to book into your chosen sessions using your coupon! It's the swimmer's responsibility to book and secure their spaces.

No refunds will be given if the swimmer doesn't attend the booked session.

No cash refunds will be given if classes had to be cancelled by the Shiver Club, but a possibility to reschedule that session.

No refunds if the 4 sessions of the coupons haven't been used in time, no transition of unused sessions into the next month.

Refund policy Swim Camps:

There will be a full refund, except the booking fee of £5, only, if the event has to be cancelled by the organisers (this includes cancellation because of Covid restrictions). 

The minimum number of participants for the Swim Camp to go ahead is 10.
