This list is for the actual swim sessions, it does not include things you might need for camping or other personal items.

- Swim suits / wetsuits - it is your choice if you would like to swim in a wetsuit or not for the Saturday sessions, just keep in mind water temperature might be quite low and a wetsuit will extend your time in the water. We may need to insist you wear a wetsuit for Sunday if you wish to do a longer swim for your own safety, that will depend on water temperature.
We will swim twice on Saturday if you have an extra swim suit / wetsuit bring them as complete drying of the equipment in between swims might not be possible.
- Towels
- A bright coloured swim cap
- Goggles
- Neoprene gloves and/or boots, if you usually use them.
Boots are highly recommend as we will walk over Loch Tays
stony ground in and out the water. Cold feed tend not to like
stones! Many events do not permit either, boots or gloves,
you will have the option to walk in the water with your boots on,
but once in the water you can take them off and leave them in
one of the kayaks.

- A tow float will not be mandatory as we will have kayaks for safety on the water, however you are very welcome to bring yours, especially for the Sunday swim.

The list of things for after the swim is as crucial as the list above. Because we swim in cold water most of the year, the recovery after the swim is an important part of it. Don't forget to layer up!

- Warm jumper and an additional layer or two
- Base layer
- Woolly hat
- Thick socks
- Gloves

For the dryland training:
- Resistance band (if possible)
- Yoga mat
