Pilates and Swimming

An essential course for open water swimmers to prevent injury when starting up the distance training in spring. I have teamed up with Andy Pearson (Owner/teacher at Leithpilates) to share our joint passion for keeping people moving well. The four week block is dedicated to building, repairing and making you aware of the muscles involved in swimming and consists of 4 pilates and 4 swim sessions. It will give you the tools to build your own dryland training to keep you swimfit all year around!
